[WVZ Alert] The end is near...

This week's 'WebVideoZone.com Alert' from the
desk of Joe Chapuis @ www.WebVideoZone.com
   - February 21, 2007

===========================================================

Greetings, my friend...

The ice is finally starting to thaw, the birds are singing, and the squirrels are raiding and destroying my bird feeders.

This can only mean one thing...

I have almost made it through another New England winter. Ok - we've still got a month to go (so I guess that makes me an optimist). But Spring is definitely in the air.

And it's not just the pending relief from the near-debilitating winter blues (a.k.a. Seasonal Affective Disorder - yes, it's SAD) that's got me feeling as giddy as a schoolgirl right now. No, I'm also thinking about Springtime in Chicago.

Ok, I know it isn't Paris. But it is the setting for Ken McCarthy's annual System Seminar. This is a sort of Mecca for internet marketers, entrepreneurs, and small business owners who want to learn directly from some of the sharpest and most successful internet business minds on the planet.

Ken and I have been friends for a few years. I co-presented the web video presentation with him at last year's System 2006, and I'll be the "main" web video faculty member at this year's System Seminar 2007 from April 27-29.

Ken's a great guy and really knows his stuff. He also has a knack for rounding up the best and the brightest for his annual event (yes, despite this, he still invited me to speak).

For example, here are just a few of the big names who will be presenting at System 2007:

- John Carlton - One of the best copywriters alive
(I'd pay to see him if I wasn't invited to speak)

- Brad Fallon - Ecommerce and SEO expert
(Spoke last year, blew me away)

- Lloyd Irvin - Info-marketer extraordinaire
(Amaaaazing success story)

- Perry Marshall - Internet marketing expert
(And world-renowned Google AdSense wizard)

- Dave Taylor - Blogging for business guru
(We had lunch together last year. A really interesting and successful guy who doesn't return my emails.)

Sign-up here to subscribe to Ken's announcement list to be notified about the teleseminars he's doing with his faculty members this year: http://webvideozone.com/System-Seminar-2007-teleseminars.html

In addition to being free to listen to, his interviews can be quite enlightening and informative. Ken interviewed me on the phone yesterday. He was down in New Orleans for Mardi Gras. Says it was a business trip. I'm in the wrong business.

Anyway... the interview was a lot of fun. Be sure to subscribe to his email list to be notified when this and the other interviews become available online.

And if you make it to Chicago, please be sure to hunt me down and say hello...
