[WVZ Alert] Get ready for "The Big 3"

===========================================================

This week's 'WebVideoZone.com Alert' from the
desk of Joe Chapuis @ www.WebVideoZone.com

November 22, 2006

===========================================================

Greetings from the WVZ home office...

I was walking down my street yesterday, and the biggest, fattest turkey waddled across the street in front of me (no, seriously, I live in the sticks).

Seeing as this really isn't a good week to be a turkey, I started to think about how lucky that bird is -- to have been born as a wild turkey, especially in this day and age (100 years ago, he would have ended up on my dinner table).

Since tomorrow is Thanksgiving here in the States, when combined with my pondering the fate of that fortunate turkey, I find myself wanting to share my thankful state of mind with you this morning.

So while I'm thankful for the usual: Loving family and friends, good health, seemingly endless opportunity -- I'm also thankful for something new this year...

All of the people who helped me turn my original idea for the WebVideoZone into a viable, growing business that solves problems, offers solutions, and provides real value for its customers. (Well, that was my objective, anyway.)

Earlier this year, the concept for the WVZ hit me over the head in one of those sudden "Ah Ha!" type of moments. I was actually on the phone at the time when the idea struck me, enjoying a fun brainstorming session with with internet marketing pioneer, Ken McCarthy. (So thanks, Ken!)

And then I needed a programmer. Not an ordinary programmer, but someone who could work magic turning my vision into reality. I got more than I bargained for...

Behind the scenes, "The Wizard of WVZ" has exceeded my expectations with the kind of professionalism, enthusiasm and integrity that makes him a rare find these days. (So thanks, my good Wizard!)

And while the Web Video Player is a great tool, it is only one third of what I had originally envisioned. The other two components have since been smoldering on the back burner.

Fortunately, I was lucky enough to have SiteSell.com founder and CEO, Ken Evoy, join us as a member. Thanks to his guidance, insight and helpful push in the right direction, we are now getting ready to unveil the WVZ "BIG 3"...

1. Video Uploader / Flash 8 FLV Encoder 2. Video Hosting 3. Web Video Player maker

BTW: These tools and services will be included with all WVZ membership plans (pricing and details coming soon).

The system is already built, and we're now in "tweak mode." I think it's quite amazing - and I think you will, too. (So thanks, Ken!)

And of course, I'd like to thank all of my WVZ members who decided to give this new site and service a chance.

If you're enjoying and benefiting from your membership, please tell some friends about us. And if not, please tell me what I can do to make it better.

So thanks, WVZ members - I couldn't do it without you!

PS - Who are you thankful for? Now go and tell them.
