How to 'Auto Start' your web videos after a delay

Timing is everything. And that's why we just made an important change to the 'Auto Start' feature...

Previously, if you wanted your video to start playing as soon as your web page loaded, you would simply specify 'Yes' in the 'Auto Start' setting in your player's configuration.

But you now have the option to delay the start of the video after a certain number of seconds. Here's how it works...

In your player's configuration, go to 'Auto Start' and select 'Delay' from the drop-down list. In the box to the right, specify the number of seconds you would like The Web Video Player™ to wait before your video automatically starts to play:

This can be a useful feature. Some people may feel shocked, overwhelmed or annoyed if a video starts playing immediately upon visiting a web page. By setting a delay, your visitors will have a chance to first get comfortable with your site before your video starts playing.
