Example of The Web Video Player at work: The Wedding Video

Here's an example of blending The WebVideoZone Player with your site...

I was recently asked by Mike Barton over at SmokescreenVisuals if the WebVideoZone Player could be modified to 'blend' with a site's existing layout and theme.

I took a look at his site, and decided to use one of his existing wedding videos as an example. Here's a snapshot of what Mike's page currently looks like to visitors when they first arrive at his site:

Mike's video, as it is on his site now, is in the Windows Media Video (WMV) format, offering minimal customization options.

With The WVZ Player, however, the visitor would see this upon arriving at Mike's site...

(Here is a demo page of the wedding video player so you can see how it would look once implemented on the actual site.)

Of course, the WVZ Player could also start playing automatically as soon as the page loads. However, some people may find that annoying, so I've chosen to display it as a "click to play" player that blends in with his existing site.

A working demo version of the video is displayed below. If you decide to watch it, play it through to the end (or fast forward ahead by dragging the scrub bar) and notice what happens...

The feature that enabled this player to not show the WVZ logo button is available with Silver and Gold memberships. All other features (e.g., resize, no border, player color, auto-redirect, click to play, etc.) are available to Basic members, as well.
